John Olajide is an entrepreneur, investor, care at home innovator, civic leader, global community builder and philanthropist. He moves easily in all social, political, economic and intellectual circles to build constructive relationships and advance the best ideas to make the world better.

He is the Founder and CEO of Axxess, the leading global home healthcare technology company, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Since its founding in 2007, Axxess has grown under John’s leadership to having a presence in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

John is also the Founder and Chairman of Cavista Holdings Limited, a diversified holding and investment company with interests in technology, agriculture, hospitality, fintech, energy and other sectors.  Through Axxess and Cavista Holdings, he is helping improve access to healthcare everywhere and creating tens of thousands of jobs in various industries.

In 2020, John served as the youngest-ever Chair of the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce’ board of directors and executive committee, helping attract businesses to the most prosperous region in the United States. Among other accomplishments, he successfully led the Dallas business community through the COVID-19 pandemic.

He currently serves on the boards of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, Presidential Precinct, the Dallas Regional Chamber, and the Dallas Citizens Council. In 2022, John was appointed Vice Chair of the Board of the Corporate Council on Africa Board, a business association which promotes trade and investment between the US and countries in Africa.

John is a graduate of University of Texas at Dallas, and in 2015 became the youngest person ever honored as a distinguished alumnus of the university and serves on the school’s executive board. He is the co-chair of the capital campaign raising $750 million to provide future opportunities for students at the school. He also serves on the Executive Committee for the Chancellor’s Council of the University of Texas System.

John has been recognized by various organizations as Outstanding Healthcare Executive of the Year, Humanitarian of the Year, and a Leader in promoting inclusive growth among others, and Axxess has been recognized by numerous organizations as a “Best Place to Work”. Through Axxess’ corporate citizenship efforts, John has benefited numerous organizations, including the University of Texas at Dallas, Business Council for the Arts, Texas Women’s Foundation, Visiting Nurses Association of Texas and many more.
